Our Vision
Join us as we navigate complex topics with wisdom, conviction, and discernment.
At The Common Caveat, we stand at the crossroads of faith and reason, committed to truth without compromise and inquiry without fear. Our vision is to bridge the gap between close-minded atheists and narrow-minded Christians—both of whom often reject the full scope of truth.
We reject the false dichotomy that faith and reason must be at odds. Instead, we uphold Jesus Christ and His truth as the foundation, while recognizing natural science, logic, and philosophy as valuable tools for understanding the world He created.
What We Stand Against
❌ Atheistic Denial of the Supernatural – Science and reason alone do not hold the fullness of truth. The rejection of faith in Jesus Christ leaves a worldview incomplete and without ultimate purpose.
❌ Christian Anti-Intellectualism – Science is not “the work of the devil.” Many believers reject reason, philosophy, and scientific discovery out of fear, rather than seeking to understand how they align with God’s design.
What We Stand For
📡 Join the conversation. Challenge deception. Seek truth.
✔ A Faith That Thinks – Jesus commands us to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind (Matthew 22:37). Faith is not blind; it is rooted in evidence, wisdom, and revelation.
✔ A Reason That Believes – True logic and scientific inquiry do not contradict God; they reveal Him. “The heavens declare the glory of God” (Psalm 19:1), and every law of nature is a reflection of His order.
✔ Challenging Both Sides – We call atheists to acknowledge the insufficiency of materialism and Christians to abandon fear-driven rejection of reason. Truth belongs to God, and no aspect of it should be ignored.
